No Feedback on Misleading Vouchers

I contacted Groupon on 13 June and asked for a refund on a misleading voucher which states you can get a paintless dent and scratch repair, nowhere does it say its really only for hail damage as normal scratches and normal dents are not actually covered even if they are small as per the voucher terms. They still have not bothered to get back to me so I was forced to use the voucher and as a result the dents are the same if not worse, where is the CPA in regulating these vouchers.
