CCV Damaged My Car - ACP547072

Hi, I took on a policy from The Umlimited platnum. Its is for a company called CCV Car Care Voucher, these guys come out to you and take out all your dents and scratches ect from your car which is NOT TRUE. They came out to sort my car out. Were they removed dents they scratch the car the dents are not removed anyway so you are left with a dent and a NEW scratch. What's worse is that they polish your car WOW they left my car faded completely on one side. The paint is damaged I am driving around with a 2 tone car.the depot manager came to see the damages done to my car a whole two weeks later. They called me to say that because my car was sprayed before that is why the polish affected the paint Nonscence I polished my car many times and nothing happened to the paint. From the time I got the car I did not paint it. I polished my car every 6 months and nothing happened to my paint. NOW gert from ccv called me to say that they WON'T repair the damages to my car and that I must get it sorted out at my own cost.
