Still waiting on refund

Purchased a car service deal on 5june and cancelled it the same day. received mssg that refund will take 3-5 working days. followed up after 5 working days with phone call and email. Lushanne responded to email requesting my credit card details to follow up. still nothing. another phone call and email with credit card details followed by a promise to investigate - no response. 2 more emails and ph calls without success. Spoke to Cara yesterday who promised to investigate and call me and i am still waiting - to this day - 25 June! I was a regular groupon customer but will not purchase from them in future! please investigate on my behalf, thanks
