I bought a product and still no Delive

I bought a product on the 26th of April and on the voucher it said delivery will be done between 14- 30 days. I have sent emails asking when I'm going to receive the product and Gugu Manako replies with the same excuse of waiting for tracking number and every week its the same answer. 2 months down and still no delivery.. I asked for refund on Friday and emailed, all of a sudden i don't get response, my emails are getting ignored. All I want is my refund since you couldnt deliver in 30 days, now its 60 days still waiting. I want my refund and i want nothing to do with Deal Click ever again. Such bad service.
