Bad service and no redund for 84 days

Bought 4 tickets for Kings and Queens showing on 28.04.13, purchased tickets on 24.04.13 for amount of R420.00. System bombed out and still deducted my credit card but not no voucher, contacted Groupon SA and spoke to Cara who advised to re-purchase and she sent an email writing that my refund was already processed back to me and would take 7 working days. On 08.05.13 emailed Groupon SA requesting my refund, on the 22.05.13 Zulfa sent an email requesting proof of payment, to which i obtained a stamped statement reflecting amount processed twice and emailed this on 25.05.13. I have called numerous times and found different people who all promised to resolve this matter which is still pending till this date. Groupon SA has had my money for 84 days and have earned interest on my money. I demand this matter get resolved as this is cheating me as client.
