Has not bothered to follow up on Refund

I have had issues with groupon since last year about a faulty product - i was told ill be getting a refund. Months have gone buy and nothing as yet - i do however get told (many times) that they have not received the email with my bank details attached. What bothers me is how do they managed to reply and receive my mails when i ask whats the update on it. To me, this does not sound right. I have given then countless chances to correct and will be taking legal action if it is not paid by the end of this week. They have my details and could have called if they felt the email system was not 'working'.Ive has a similar isue with a competitor and the issues was resolved within the hour - so why is it taking months for them to rectify this
