We purchased a product to the value of R 20 000 from Groupon SA in November 2013 and 2 months later have still not received our product. We have contacted them countless times via phone and email and had absolutely no assistance at all, all their responses are computer generated and when you do manage to get hold of them on the phone (after being on hold for almost an hour) you still don't get any proper assistance. I was shocked to see the number of complaints on hello peter as i though this was a highly reputable company. I am now taking legal action and also contacting Carte Blanche to expose them to all consumers.
