False information being provided for a spa vouche

My husband purchased me a voucher (001007735D) for a full body Swedish massage with reflexology of hands and feet at wellness centre musgrave and booked with them for a hot stone massage the same time as me. We went in together for our treatment and I must say it was the WORST experience I have ever had at a spa.
Firstly, my husbands therapist was not dressed in uniform like the others and looked very unpresentable. Secondly, when my husband told her he'p booked a hot stone massage she looked unimpressed and tried to tell him to do Swedish.
When the massage started I immediately felt my therapists long nails, constantly poking me and scratching me through the session. I have been for reflexology and many Swedish massages and let me just say that was NOT a Swedish massage or reflexology or anything close. She didn't even even give me full body massage (or massage at that) she only rubbed my legs, arms, head and upper back with oil and kept going from my head to my back and back to my head again.
My husbands 'therapist' did not have a clue what she was doing. She burnt him with the hot stones and she herself kept making noises and dropping the stones every time she picked them up.
