REQUESTED A REFUND ON THE 5TH OF MAY STILL WAITING

I PAID GROUPON ACCIDENTALLY ON THE 29TH OF APRIL.

WHEN I REALIZED MY MISTAKE I REQUESTED REFUND A FEW DAYS LATER.

A FEW DAYS AFTER THAT I REQUESTED AGAIN, THEN AGAIN AND AGAIN.

NOW IT IS THE 16TH AND ALL MY REQUESTS HAVE BEEN DELETED ON THEIR SYSTEM OR SAY THAT THE REQUEST HAS BEEN DEALT WITH.

SO I AGAIN MADE THE SAME REQUEST TODAY AND WHEN I CHECK THE REQUEST STATUS IT SAID THAT THE REQUEST HAS BEEN DEALT WITH OR DELETED.

I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK AND NO ONE IS GETTING BACK TO ME.
