Still haven't responded to refund request

They are truly pathetic. No customer service at all.

I have requested a refund 13 days ago. I had to phone them after a week to follow up. Then an official refund request was logged and it has been 7 days again. And still nothing.

I am going to spread the word far and wide that Groupon is ridiculously pathetic in their handling of customers.

I truly hope you go out of business soon!!! Cause you do not deserve to be supported at all.

Could the MD of CEO of General Manager or Tea Lady or anybody affiliated with Groupon please get of their fat arses and respond to my refund request.
