On 12 March 2013 I requested refunds from Groupon for vouchers that I could not use for different reasons. I received replies from Waseema Peters confirming receipt of my request, informing me that I will be informed whether my request for a refund has been approved and at the same time asking me to rate the service of their response. I did not rate the service as my request has not been dealt with and to date I am still waiting for a reply. I logged the requests again last week and the same scenario took place and still no response. This time I received the mails from Kershia. Please Groupon be so kind to resolve my requests.
