Why run deals if your clients cannot buy them

I have been trying to purchase a deal on Groupon and their credit card payment option does not work. Several colleagues have also experienced the same problem. i am sure companies that use you will be thrilled to know that their deals cannot be purchase don yoru website. Furthermore when i phoned to query this, i was first placed on hold for 6 minutes and then cut-off with no explanation. Unacceptable.
