Groupon fails to refund after e-mail confirmation

Following on a previous complaint on Hello Peter, I received this e-mail from Shouneez Williams:
This is a follow-up to your previous request #668183 "Reference - IC0000169596"

The refunds has been processed as per the below and has been reversed back to card purchased from which will reflect in 3-5 working days
Nine 10x10cmx2, Silver sterling heart pendant, RapidStudio, Destiny Fulfilled Therapy Spa x2, BeautyWe Go

The below has been added as credits to your groupon account
Pizzazz Holistic & Beauty Clinic, Jenez, Inner Radiance

Firstly I explicitly stated that I do not want Groupon credits. What will I do with them? Buy goods you won't deliver, buy a spa voucher for a spa which closes down or get my hair done at a place that doesn't even exist or refuses to honour the voucher. Secondly you have not refunded me as per your e-mail confirmation - I see R299 in my credit card. You owe me much more - where is the rest?

Quite frankly, Groupon has proven to be entirely dishonourable and I do not wish to do business with you anymore. REFUND MY MONEY, so I can stop the irritating waste of time dealing with you has become.
