I bought 3 coffee makers on 8 April 2013 which were advertised on the Groupon site. I paid immediately and mailed my deposit slip to them. On 9 April they sent an email confirming receipt of the deposit slip and promised to send a voucher within 7days..but 7days later there was no voucher as per their policy. I phoned on 19 April to follow up and spoke to Luciane October who had a rude tone for a service consultant. She told me there was something wrong with my payment and after questioning her she put me on hold for a long time then came back admitting that the person who sends vouchers may have forgotten to send mine. I phoned on 21 April to follow up on delivery date and was assisted by Junaid who advised that they will have my goods sent before mothers day. I advised that mothers day was too far and that i wanted the goods sent asap. On 23 April I received an email from Asheeqa stating that they are processing my order and that I should get it soon. They provided a number i should call them at. I tried a several times to get hold of Asheeqa as I was advised she is the team leader but all the consultants would put me on hold and come back to tell me she is busy. I am so unhappy.
