Will never used Wicount again - very disppointed!

I placed an order with Wicount 2 months ago and I am still waiting to receive my goods. I have been given a "tracking number" for the parcel which does not exist on the SAPO database. Several attempts have been made to communicate my issue to Wicount and I have received very limited responses from them, all of which have to not been helpful in resolving the issue and only seem to result in further unlikely tales of why I have not received or been able to track my parcel. I have been very disappointed with my dealings with Wicount and will not use them again, neither will I recommend them to anyone else. Compared to the level and efficiency of service received from competitor companies for example "Onedayonly" - Wicount cannot complete and looks dishonest and disorganised in comparison.
