We paid $3000 for a ticket from Perth to South Africa on flight 281 airbus A342 16 March 2013, 11hrs flight, with no in-flight entertainment, not even a radio to listen to and the rudest flight addendants ever, HOW BAD IS THAT, THAT IS NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR AND NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED, THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE ANY MORE BELLS WHISKY AFTER 1ST ROUND OF DRINKS WAS SERVED, BAD BAD SERVICE, WHAT CAN I DO??? NO WONDER THEY COME UP AS A COMPANY THAT DOESNT RESPOND
