Poor Service Delivery and passing buck

Thanks to receptionist Shane and Marcia who are the only staff members who bothered to follow up with me. Purchased tickets last year that i suspended for a year. Started contacting call centre from 1st March 2013 to use tickets. Spoke to numerous staff member's who advised that they will return my call and have passed the matter on to next division. I was advised that the refund department can not locate the mail forwarded to me with cancellation information of the tickets. Not only did i cancel via e-mail but by telecom. Not sure why not one of the consultants bothered to go listen to the recordings since all their calls are recorded. Everyone was merely passing the bug. I made over 27 phone calls to travel-start with not one return call bar yesterday when i totally lost it as i wanted to travel 28th April. The worse part was that every time i called i had to repeat my story and was then just passed on to next consultant. The managers are untouchable as i requested to speak to one on numerous occasions and was advised i was not able to speak to a manager at travel-start. My experience was horrific and use to use them on a regular basis. Do not think that i would use or recommen
