Good day
I need to lodge a complaint regarding the service we received from the flight centres within our area.
We are planning our honeymoon for Sept/Oct 2013 and have been to 3 different flight centres and it's the same wherever we go:
o Woodmead
o Sunninghill-Chilli lane
o Sandton City
Firstly when we walk in, we are barely acknowledged & we need to greet them first and ask them for assistance.
We then told them what we wanted, left our details, we were promised that we will be contacted and never get called back, this is unacceptable.
This has happened several times since October last year up till this very weekend, and this is why I've decided to send this.

This is our honeymoon and a very exciting time for us and would appreciate the assistance and care towards this special occasion.
I would love to book through flight centre but unfortunately if they are unable to handle our business and care towards this time then we will need to book elsewhere.

We want to know that we are booking with a place that will handle everything for us...
I hope this can be resolved so we can book our trip and ease the rest of the other stress of planning our wedding.
