Breach of contract and bad service

Greyhound however failed in the following regard to supply a good service:

1.1 There was a clear breach of contract on the part of Greyhound Couch line as they failed to inform me, as a consumer that there were no buses and that an alternative bus would be used. I would have then had the choice to use another bus line as opposed to the alternative couch supplied.
1.2 The alternative couch was not of the same standard as a Greyhound couch. The bus smelt of 'wet carpet' as if the upholstery was wet. The seats were not comfortable, in fact my niece's chair the cushioning in the chair was totally finished and she seat on the spring of the chair. The emergence toilet did not have hand soap or water to wash hands. This is a health risk.
1.3 The couch had a breakdown in the middle of nowhere because of a front wiper not working. At the time the raining was falling hard and fast and the road was barely visible. How can Greyhound risk the lives of so many by not performing pre-trip inspection of their contractor couches? Not even such if the contractor's couches are road worthy or have their COF certificates.
