Very dissapointed

I travelled from bloemfontein to Midrand on Sunday. I was very disappointed when we arrived 2 and a half yours late at our destination. It is a hassle to arrange new transport at 12 am in the morning after you arranged pick up for 21:35 as per the ETA on the ticket. No announcements was made. The bus was not very clean and the first TV at the top was removed. I could hear a soundtrack but no movie. Everyone told me Greyhound is THE bus company to use. after this experience I will think twice before i travel with Greyhound again. We stopped at Wolmranstad for the meal break. 15 min is not enough to order food with a long queue at Wimpy. The bathroom facilities are very bad at this stop.
