The bus broke down on sunday the 7th April 2013. was waiting for the bus at Bloemfontein which was supposed to arrive at 21H30 for 22h00 to Port Elizabeth. the agents there never informed us of the situation. no sms nothing to inform us of the delay. we had to wait there in the office and eventually when the time passed we had to go and ask what is going on. without even looking at us we where told that the bus will be delayed for three hours. and when we turn our backs they laugh at us. ok 3 hrs passed and now its 01h05 in the morning. the bus arrived and the agent left us in the waiting area and went and anounced that the bus to pe is outside on a loud speaker. we inside never heard that and only upon his return 10 min later he asks us which bus we are waiting for. i informed him Pe and he said but i told you moes that the bus is outside which he never did. the service is bad and they are not professional at all. i arrived in PE 12h30 pm on the 8th April 2013. never made it to work.
