On 17 April 2013 I was scheduled for a flight, BA6418 from CPT - JHB. The flight was delayed for more than 2 hours and instead of my arrival time as per the ticket, I only left CPT at 18h00. They never announced reasons for the delay and niether did any ground staff informed us of the reasons

On 19 APril 2013 I was scheduled for a return flighr with BA6429 from JHB - CPT. This time the flight was delayed for 5 hours and instead of leaving at 17h00 they flight only left JHB at 22h00, arriving at midnight in Cape Town. The ground personnel did announce reasons for the delay, but there was 5 different reasons, so you don't know which one was the correct reason, and although they did arrange for a meal at Whimpy to the value of R50.00 per person, that was not sufficient.

For an international company like British Airways you expect more proffesionalism, but after I have complained on the official websit on the 22nd April, case ID 10969424, and the promise that someone will get back to me asap, I have heard nothing from them, only silence.

This was very inconvenient and unacceptable practice
