Stranded after 4 hour delay

I had a bus booked for 21.20pm on 13/1/2014 from bloemfontein to cape town. I received an sms alerting me that there was goin to be a delay for 3hrs. those hours passed and the bus never showed up. spoke to the lady inside the counter and she said that there was a delay and the bus is on its way but its delayed. Another hour passed and i called the call center to be told that the bus came and left with 12 people instead of 15 people, don't know if this was an airbus or what, coz i was sitting outside checking every bus that came and that bus never, i had to sleep at a terminus and now they want me to do a rebooking and pay more money that i don't have, this is January everyone is broke.
