In 2012 I, along with numerous others from Cape Town travelled with Mango to Durban to ride in the Sani2c bike race. About 50 of the Mango passengers bikes did not arrive with us and while Mango eventually trucked all our bikes up to Underberg (the start), it only arrived at 1am and communication while we waited was zero! This year before booking I spoke with Mango and was told I could drop off my bike 3 days before, so I booked our flights. Now that it is getting near to departure time I wanted to book our bikes on and make arrangements to drop off 3 days before. For 3 days I phoned mango and was passed from one person to the next, eventually I was put through to customer care, put on hold for about 5 minutes and then informed that mango will not make any arrangements for any race except the Argus.

So despite having a huge disaster with multiple customers they do not seem to care!
So I will never use mango again!
