Not assisting a pregnant lady

Im a regular Kulula costumer,
THis morning I arrived at the airport at about 08H30 for my flight at 12:45 to Johannesburg. My husband normally drops me here before work, i check in my bag and then go and have breakfast and work in the Bidvest Lounge.
This morning, upon dropping my bag, they blatantly refused to assist me. I Indicated to them that this is the way i usually do it, they refused. They said they will only accept my bag two hours before my flight. Since when? Why then has my bag ALWAYS been accepted in the past? I also indicated to them that i'm pregnant and that it is difficult for me to carry my bag around for another two hours.
The lady at the check-in counter thenerred me to the supervisor. When i arrived at the Kulula counter, they also refused to help me and told me that i have to go BACK to the check-in counter. At this stage, i was SO angry and upset that i started crying.
I'm sitting in Mugg & Bean now (where i cannot work due the the constant noise and the and loud music they play). I'm also having slight contractions due to being so upset.
This is totally unacceptable and have never been treated so badly. I really hope my baby is OK after this
