(1) I have booked a return ticket with Kulula and they refused to make name change for me and I ended up missing the flight. Once I have realised I have missed the flight I booked another flight with Kulula Competitor. When I arrived to Cape town they refused to do the name change saying they cannot help because I did not fly with them from Jhb. I even asked them to get an Affidavit and they refused.
(2) Kulula also mislead me. I phoned them to double check my return flight they told me the incorrect date only found out when I was check-in on line. I ended up buying a ticket that costed me double of the original price.
(3) One of the lady from their call centre refused to assist me with the invoice while someone from the call centre assisted me with the same thing 1 hour ago.
(4) I will never EVER use Kulula and I urge all of you to be careful.
