Dear Kulula Air,

I would like to express my thanks to Rosie and Joseph at the Kulula check in counter at Lanseria Airport.

My husband came straight from work for our flight to Cape Town (MN475). He forgot that his Leatherman was still in his work laptop bag after needing it to do some repairs during the week. We both had a sinking feeling when we went through the security check and they flagged it. It looked like we were going to give a very expensive gift to someone!

Luckily, the security personnel allowed me to go back to the check-in counter to see if we could still fit tje Leatherman into a suitcase. Thats where I met with Rosie again, who helped with our initial check-in.

Rosie remained ever-friendly and professional, and asked her colleague Joseph to get a small box to pack the Leatherman into.

Joseph packed the Leatherman very carefully, and Rosie checked it in for me.

My husband and I really appreciate these two Kulula staff members foing the extra mile!

Thanks, Kulula, this kind of customer service is just one of the reasons why we always fly with you guys!
