I booked and paid for a ticket online from JHB to PMB. The bus never arrived and I was left stranded in JHB.
I contacted the head office several times to get my money refunded and they never got back to me. After 3 months they have still not got back to me and the meanager keeps avoiding my phonecalls and emails. He is a coward. I took the matter up with the Dept of Economic Affairs Consumer Complaints division, who tried to contact the manager. He ran away everytime they tried to contact him, like the coward he is. This company just does not want to give me my money back. This company is a bunch of thieving. DO NOT USE THEM!
