Yushri made a mistake on my booking, he even failed to sort out the problem until I had to look for alternative transport. I have been phoning intercity, since the day of booking (tried to get a seat, since then I have been trying to get a refund, to no avail) and have used over R300 on airtime only. A certain Andrea promised on 8 January that they will refund but up to today nothing has materialised. Intercity has the worst service and do not have any after care. No-one has ever apologised for this matter and it has cost me a lot of money to be refunded for services that were not rendered.
Just now I have been told my ticket reference does not exist. Ref elix697087.
