I'm utterly mortified at Kulula Airlines, I made an online reservation on 17 March for 20 March and paid via EFT. I received notification advising that my booking will be held for 24 hours, payment was then made within an hour of receiving the email notification. I called the following day to reconfirm my reservation only to be notified that it had been cancelled and the fee had gone up!!! I spoke to the call centre agent who advised me that the fare had gone up and I had to settle the difference, how is this possible when I had followed the steps and paid accordingly - she finally reverted and advised that they would reinstate the booking at no additional cost. I waited for the confirmation for hours on the 18th but received absolutely nothing, after chasing for half the day she finally reverted and they couldn't reinstate, she advised that they will be refunding me the full amount within 7 days. 3 weeks down the line I'm still chasing for the refund, to make matters worse no one is updating me on what's happening - they have all my bank details on their side what is the hold up!!! why I must be chasing them on a daily basis - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, BITTERLY DISAPPOINTED!!!
