Intercity and its consistanty pathetic service

I was taking the bus from Benoni to scottsburg on Wednesday night 07/08/2013 and expected arrival time was 5:30 the next morning, but with Intercity they never keep to time and their buses are never road worthy, that night as we reached Park Station for pick-up our busdriver decided to first load another bus before picking his load, which delayed us by 1 hour and then at 2 am on thursday we reached Montroes halfway stop only to discover that the bus was broken (the gears and clutch was failing) intercity just as the macanic from PMB to drive up to fix the bus but the macanic only arrived at 3:30 and up until 7:30 couldnt fix the bus, we were assured by the driver that a bus was on its way to fetch us but he then explained that the bus only left durban at 5:30 and it will take another 3hours to reach, this was just to keep the passengers from arguing and buy time to fix the bus eventually the bus was fixed and we only left Montrose at 8:30, we recieved no apology and we were even told that we will not be refunded. Intercity is a pathetic bus service and this is not the first time i have experienced such bad service with Intercity, Some action should be taken against this Company.
