My bags got lost but no one helps

On Sunday, 2 June 2013, I traveled from Benoni to Port Shepstone at 9am in the morning. we Tranveled by Hired coach to Durban and from there got on the intercity bus to Port Shepstone. when arriving in Durban I still had both my sport bags, i give it to the intercity bus driver and stood next to him while he put it in the luggage dep. i saw how he puts it in there and closed the door as i was the last passenger to enter cause i was still standing outside smoking. not one of the drivers bothered to put stickers on my luggage and the never checked whos luggage is whos. when arriving at port shepstone my one bag was missing together with 2 other passangers luggage. the driver took my contact details and said he will get back to me he will find out what happend to my luggage but he never came back to me. ive sent 4 emails to intercity and phoned them everyday 4 or 5 times but they never responded to my emails or phone calls. Its as if they dont give a about there customers. i asked the manager, moses if i have an traveling insurance and he said yes, but nothing happens. i will never travel with intercity express again. They give the worst customer service ever!!!
