On the 30th of April I made a booking to catch a bus from Midrand to Durban, coming back on the 6th of May from Durban to Midrand.
On the 6th of May he bus arrived an hour later than scheduled and when I asked the staff, I was told "it's late, we don't know when it will get here". It's Winter, buses should have the blankets during the day too, not just in the evenings.
When we eventually arrived in Johannesburg we were made to get off at Johannesburg Park Station, after we were told to remain inside. We were told another bus will take the passengers to Midrand and Pretoria.
We waited for half-an-hour, in the cold, for the bus. They gave us a beat up bus, that was so slow, with falling chairs.
I booked Greyhound for safety and comfort, and the price paid is more than the other buses (City-to-City), I would have booked a cheaper bus if I had wanted to.
We paid for good service, from Greyhound not from its subsidiary. Horrible service from Greyhound.
