Booked a flight, arrived for check in on time, flight overbooked, so after waiting one hour, I was told to wait another 4 hours for the next flight. (on the flight back, was delayed again for 2 hours...)I received a complimentary voucher for first flight, but upon trying to redeem it, the website said I must call callcentre, call centre said I must dial ticket sales jhb, Jhb branch said I must dial ticketsales CT, but nobody were allowed to give me the phone number... Phoned acsa and got 2 numbers that I tried for 2 weeks without answer. Went to the airport ticket office, and the clerk said I should call callcentre... Asked to speak to her supervisor who said she'll find out and call me back, but never did. Gave me more phone numbers to follow up, but phones dont get answered, and calls never returned...
I have now officially spent more time to redeem this voucher than I could have made washing cars...
Is kulula the next airline to go down, because this is a sure way to lose customers...
