FLIGHT DELAYED FOR 5 HOURS!!! WHAT A SHOCKER

Firstly i would like to start by saying that Kulula is a very poor company to deal with.

My flight was delayed for 5 hours on my trip to Durban on the 21st March. We were then given petty little simba snack to try and compensate for that, which is pathetic. dURING THE DELAYS WE KEPT ON GETTING FALSE UPDATES EVERY HOUR SAYING OUR FLIGHT IS COMING, THAT HAPPENED FOR A GOOD 4 HOURS. AND NO ONE COULD GIVE US AN ANSWER AS TO WHAT WAS HAPENNING. TECHNICAL ISSUE SEEMS TO BE THE NEW NAME

Eventually when the flight decided to pitch we were given these green id cards/voucher cards to redeem with u guys, and no one seems to know what the is happening.

I would really like someone to get back to me urgently regarding this matter.

My flight booking no was: IUTVTD. 06:30am flight which departed at 11h30.

Please get me the voucher number and amount.

I am so off am being transferred from one call centre number to another to Guest Relations who also have no clue as to whats happening, or their number/lines are not working for the past 2 weeks.

Talk about bad service and for a company who is punting so much Marketing Spent; Its such a waste of you advertising budget.
