On a trip between Johannesburg and Port Shepstone on Intercity bus line on February 18, I forgot my bag in the baggage holder when I got off. I asked the driver to please get it out for me. He screamed: 'Why didn' you get it when everyone else did? ' He was amazingly rude, shouting, rpearing himself. When I remonstrated with him, telling him I would report his disrespect to the comapny, and asked for his name, he said his name was Mr Got No Name. I am appalled by this treatment. I am in my 60s. I have repeatedly emailed the company representative, (Ameen Sahib) asking them to respond to my complaint, and they haven't.
DON'T travel Intercity Xpress. Their drivers do not know how to deal with customers.
