Inflexibility after their mess up

I am totally dissatisfied with British Airways and their service. September last year my daughter was flying from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth on Club travel. The flight was due to take off at 10.30 but only left after 5pm that evening causing her to miss her paid for shuttle to Grahamstown which was non refundable and I still had to pay extra for her friend to drive from Grahamstown to fetch her. She was given a "complimentary voucher" for any inconvenience. I have now tried to use the voucher to book her another flight on 7 April from Cape Town to Grahamstown which is 6 weeks in advance to be told there are no X class tickets available and it cannot be offset against V class. You guys messed up and I am still paying for your errors. I doubt I will ever fly British Airways again, deeply disappointed with your service and lack of flelxibility for your mess ups
