Intercity Xpress
Alternative bus company needed for Margate to JoHB

Ever since the Luxliner was sold to or taken over by Intercity Xpress, the bus service has completely deteriorated. I have never experienced such unprofessional service in my years of travelling. The buses are almost always late than the scheduled departure time, they are dirty and smell like a toilet, luggage gets lost, buses break down and drivers do not bother to explain to passengers as to what is going on. Drivers are unfriendly and rude and passengers are treated and spoken to like, not paying customers! I am appalled by the service rendered by Intercity Xpress and I know others are too but we don't speak up and what is even more frustrating is the fact that there is no other bus coming from Margate up to Johannesburg and back. There is no alternative. otherwise people would have stopped using this bus company a long time ago. Competitors, you are needed in Margate! Please!
