Eally bad service

Good day, few things i would like to mention re my stay at formosa bay resort ..was a nice place to stay but it was almost impossible to use the shower as its rather small... also tried making another booking for this weekend but couldnt be assisted as theres only a 4 sleeper ..this is reallt pathetic as no bigger unit was avalable 2 weeks ago also... well i decided to take the 4 sleeper only to be told that we wont be able to as we are five... take note that we are 2 adults 2 kids aged 9 and twelve and a baby of 2 years and 3 months... i really must say that its pathetic... how does one explain all the empty units at resorts if we told theres nothing availabe... ppl wanting timeshare should think twice!! hope my matter gets sorted out... fyi you can respond via email as i dont have time for excuses
