My husband and I were scheduled to depart Cape Town at 22.10 on MN122 to Johannesburg.

When we checked in I discovered that the plane had been delayed by 1/2 hour and after re-checking the departure board it is now scheduled to depart only at 23.10. In November we were also booked on the 22.10 flight which only left at 01.10.

Why offer a 22.10 flight if you can only depart at 1.00.? My elderly father is collecting us in Jhb and he now has to wait for us as it is to far to travel back. Your incompetence has not only inconvienced me but has affected my family too.

I am disgusted at the complete disrespect and disregard Kulula has for it's passengers. This is the SECOND time out of two times that this airline has completely let me down.

Once again there is no representative explaining the delay or anyone keeping us updated. So we sit and wait! Hoping we will get home soon and worrying that my father will be ok.

Maybe you should stop thinking of phrases to put on you airplanes and jokes for your air hostesses and start providing a service to your customers.

I will no longer make use of this pathetic airline- nor will my family or friends.

Shame on you Kulula!
