21 people not flying on delayed flight MN114

After waiting at the boarding gate till after the flight was suppose to depart, the crew announced the flight was delayed until further notice, the next announcement 20 minutes later stated that there was a problem with an aircraft and 21 people will not be flying... this is pathetic and worst service from an airline company I have ever experienced. the flight is delayed by more than an hour on an an hour flight...
we are traveling with a baby which makes it even harder to be on time and keep busy during the flight.
thank you for an horrible flight experience which will be our last kulula flight...
