My girlfriend and I was suppose to travel from Wolmaransstad to Jhb on the 3rd of Jan 2013, at 10:05 (departure time on our tickets), after 2 hours there was still ni sign of the bus that we had to travel with, I then decided to phone them, after a long period that I was placed on hold waiting for them to find out where the bus is that we were to be on I held up and phoned again, they told me they arranged for another bus from Bloemhof to pick us up! When the bus arrived we had to be separated I had to sit at the back while she had to sit infront when we finally arrived in jhb I demanded a full refund, cause this was not the service I had payed for (what's the point of booking 2tickets next to each other if we still were separated) I laid a conplaint at the office in jhb and still I'm waiting for a response this is very poor service that I'll definately won't be using again that's for sure, staff on bus have bad attitudes and when asked for their names to report then they refuse to give it? Hope to see all of this sorted!!
