I have been a regular user of Greyhound Coaches from Pietermaritzburg to Johannesburg but recently i moved to Qumbu.

After being given instructions on how to book as there is no booking office or agent in Qumbu, I did as instructed and I recieved an sms confirming my booking and I was also told to be at the bus stop 30min prior to departure time (reference number B3PURYNS). My booking was for the 14th of June 2013.

I arrived at the bus stop 45min before the said departure time. I would like to bring to your attention that there is no waiting area for the bus, needless to say I waited for the bus in darkness on the street and being female I was scared. Finally after about an hour the bus arrived and no apology was given. I boarded only to find that the coach i was on was not the one i had booked but they picked me up because they felt sorry for me and since they were going to Jhb they would drop me off in PMburg.

I was not offered any refreshments or a blanket as it is normally done on Greyhound coaches and considering the amount of money that is charged I was highly diassapointed. Is this the norm on this route to not offer services to clients?
