Bus leaving 30 min BEFORE scheduled departure time

My son was to travel from PE (ADT House, Greenacres) on Sunday 12 January. He arrived at the pick-up point just after 22:00. Waited for the bus and after 22:30 (Time of scheduled departure) phoned me to find out if bus was running late. The guard at the pick-up point then told him that the bus had already left just before 22:00 and that it was the last bus. The customer care came back to me with the news that the driver said that there was nobody and he did not have a passenger list because the bus "was offline".
It is really bad service!!! We had to make arrangements for him to be taken to someone for the night and to be taken back in the morning. Not to mention the delay in his appointments on Monday morning.
