KULULA - Change the Rules for Argus Bike Transport

Hi

We booked air tickets from kulula to go down to the Cape Argus - Before we booked we checked the Web site and even called the call centre to be told there was no extra charge for transporting bikes to the cycle race.

Suddenly we get a unilateral e-mail telling us that it is R 300 per bike per trip to transport the bikes (And the web site still states that is free (No mention of special costs for Argus)

WE WOULD NEVER HAD BOOKED THE TICKETS IF WE HAD KNOWN ABOUT THE EXTRA COST INVOLVED IN TRANSPORTING THE BIKES
