CHARGED WRONG PRICE FOR ONLINE BOOKING

On Friday 12 July 2013 I went Online to book two return tickets via [URL Removed] It was between 11am and 11:30am and the Online Booking site indicated that there were tickets available at a cost of R601 each way, per person. So thinking that I would be paying R1202 per person return, for two people, I made the booking with my credit card, only to discover that I had been charged R2200 per person return plus taxes. (ie R1100 per person each way instead of R601 as indicated on the website.) I called the airline that afternoon and spoke with a "Stephan" who advised that it was not possible since there were no R601 tickets available at the time I booked. This makes no sense because the website showed that these tickets were available, hence i made the booking. i am extremely upset at having to spend about R2000 more than I had planned to. If the tickets were not available then I should not have been allowed to choose them on the website!!! The website was clearly not updated at the time resulting in my being overcharged for two return tickets. I feel that Kulula should refund me the extra R2000 that I paid since it was a result of negligence on their part.
