I went in to the store to look for a leather jacket that they had advertised in the window on the mannequin. I looked for it and only after a few minutes, the salesman responded to me asking about the jacket. He said then that they only had one left (apart from the one in the window). This one was a small, so I asked what size is in the window. He said he thinks it's a medium but I can't try it on because they can't touch the window. I wanted to fit it on and purchase it, had it fitted, seeing that he assumed it was a medium. I cannot fathom how that makes any sense. You guys are not allowed to take the jacket off the mannequin and replace it with a smaller size that's in the shop??? You would rather miss out on many sales because according to the salesman, he couldn't take it off (until who knows when they decide to change the window display. This is BAD customer service and makes absolutely no sense. In fact, it's total rubbish. How do you justify this as a business and as customer service?
