I booked and paid for accommodation for my 2 Directors, received confirmation of the booking via email. On arriving at the hotel there was no reservation and most of the hotels in the area had 100% occupancy.
I had to chase after Travelstart to get a refund - finally I receive an email to say the refund has been done but will only reflect within 7 - 10 working days. Nazely the Customer Service Manager, in my opion, did not treat this with any sense of urgency. I will not be using this website again and will be sure to warn anyone wanting to use it.
