On Thursday morning I went to the South African Airways office at Cape Town int airport to ask if I could change a flight that was booked for me from DBN to CPT on Friday night. I simply wanted to move my return flight from friday night to Saturday morning. The lady at the counter was able to do this and told me that I did not have to pay in any difference. She then printed me the flight details for the Saturday morning.

On Saturday morning I get to the airport to discover that SAA hasn't authorized the flight, even though I was given new flight information. I then went to the ticket sales counter to try and sort the flight out and show the woman (Fatima) behind the counter that I have a print out with new flight details. The women behind the counter was very rude saying that I don't understand how the system works and that I cant get on the flight. She wouldn't listen to anything I had to say - even blocked her ears with her hands while I was talking to he! I told her this is rude and wanted her name, so she covered her name badge. I had to get her name from another employee. Eventually I had to pay in R260 for the flight. as I walked away she pointed and laughed at me.
