We booked to stay at Langezandt 10-17 January 2014, we only stayed the weekend as there was a LIST of faults, we could only contact the office the Monday. The manager at Langezandz came around to check and admitted that she did not check the lodge before we had booked in to see if everything was working, we then booked out and was not prepared to use our points on a place that had so many problems. Linda at dream vac told me that the manager at Langezandt advised her that maintenance was planned for the Monday.
Linda advised me that dream vac will NOT give me back my points that i did not utalize as they lost out on that week's sale!! She acts nonchalant, she can't be bothered!!! This is unacceptable i asked her if she expected me to stay in a place that had so many faults and had to be there while maintenance was working on the lodge
Their service is pathetic, I was not surprised to see that Dream vac had sooo many complaints on hello peter.
Why must i pay for a place i did not use and after Langezacht had admitted that they were at fault!!! I will DEFINITELY advise people NOT to sign up with dream vac!!
